Warranty
We care about our programs and logically do our best to deliver the best possible programs and information to you in top condition. However, there are times when an order does break down during transport over the Internet or something else happens that gives you a warranty claim.
Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Upon your purchase, you will automatically create an account on our website, which will give you access to the secure area of our website. Here you can re-download your ebooks at any time. This is valid for the entire lifetime of each of the ebooks you have purchased – that means as long as we offer and sell that book, you can always download the latest version.
We are still researching even better ways of dealing with all kinds of back pain, and sometimes we release new versions of existing books.
Once that happens, we will send emails to our readers’ email addresses known to us to notify you that you can download the latest version at no additional cost.
Complaints
Sometimes things go wrong, this can have all sorts of causes and as far as it depends on us we will do everything we can to fix it and then prevent it from happening again
But that doesn’t mean it never happens, and then a complaint can help us make sure things get back in order for you as quickly as possible.
Therefore, at BeatingBackPain.com, we see complaints first and foremost as an assignment from you – our customer – to do better.
In addition, we welcome any feedback from our customers, simply because it helps us serve you even better.
What To Do With Your Complaint?
We encourage you to first raise complaints with us by emailing us or sending a message via our contactpage.
As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform.
This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
