“haven’t took any motrin during the day”
I wanted to thank you so much for your book.
It has been over a week and i'm already seeing changes, less pain, able to stretch my leg more, haven't took any Motrin during the day...etc
I've been diagnosed with a herniated disk ( L5 S1), I've been taking Motrin every 4hrs and Vicodin every night before going to bed, so i can be able to sleep.
My doctor told me that there was no other choice but to have surgery, I thought it was a bad idea so that's when i decided to do some research and then i came upon your website and downloaded your book.
It's been great but I know it's going to be a long process...

“I now feel the best I have been in years”
I went to the doctor and the physio looking for answers, and also got orthotics for my shoes. Back in September 2008 I found that I was in severe pain with trouble walking - I had ruptured a disc (L3/L4) in my lower back. I was advised that I needed to take 6 weeks off work, mostly laying on my back. I searched the internet and found your book. I bought it and began following the advise - yes, even the cod liver oil. I took 6 weeks to recover, but during the recovery process I did the back exercises every morning. I now feel the best I have been in years. I continue to be very active and I do the exercises every morning (or at least 6 mornings a week).
I am a 45 year old who is active and fit. I enjoy riding my road bike and ride with friends on the weekend (usually a 60km ride on a Sunday morning). I had back troubles for years. I would find that I had back pain after a 1 hour drive, and I could not bend and touch my toes from a standing position (I couldn't reach past my knees with straight legs).
I now have no appreciable back pain in my life. I have referred some of my friends to the website and I am more than willing to refer others. I think it works!

“the improvements were dramatic”
Here a short note after doing the back exercises for two weeks. The first week the improvements were dramatic. The first week's results made a day and night difference.
Next week I have an appointment with my neurologist, but the way things are going now I will cancel the surgery.
I still have some problems with my back, but I don't have pain any more. Standing still used to be a problem. But this is much better after the first week. I now ready do some running on the treadmill.
Most people near me are amazed by the improvement of my health.

I just wanted to say that your exercises have helped me a lot with my problem with the lower back pain the lasts years.
After doing your back exercises for several weeks, I have almost no back pain. After that, I decreased the practice of the exercises the pain returned, so I continue performing it nearly every day.

I bought your e-book and after 3 weeks of doing the exercises every day, feel a lot better - herniated disc between L4 and L5.
I find it helps (more comfortable) to put a cushion under the pelvis. Can raise the legs further than I could 3 weeks ago.

Your book has changed my life, it may sound excessive, but it is a fact.

It is already a couple of months that I have been training my back muscles according to your insights.
I bought this program of yours and have greatly benefited from it. I feel 100% better.
My SI joint still 'hangs' every once in a while. I also made some adjustments in my diet. Hopefully if I train longer, my SI problems will go as well.
No PT has been able to ever tell me which exercises to do and in what order.
I have always felt that my back muscles where under developed, but never knew how to tackle this.
I just wanted to let you know, I hope you like reading this.
“Almost immediately my pain was gone”
I had doubts about your whether or not your information could help my condition. I've been agonizing over my lower back pain for at least 3-4 weeks now and during that time, I was getting desperate, because my back pain graduated from my lower back and made its way around my hips too.
I recently purchased some backpain relief herbal pills and those helped with the inflammation, but they are definitely not the cure all.
Masking the pain was not what I wanted to achieve either. I wanted to get rid of back pain forever.
About 2 days ago, I started the back exercises you recommended and did all sets in the sequence they were listed. Almost immediately my pain was gone. I was in amazement, but still a little questionable about sustaining this for the long term.
So now on Day 2, I continued with the exercises and today I'm quite sore. But this kind of soreness is good as I now believe that my muscles have been worked out and are building itself up.
I'm going to see how it goes by next week and will report the results back to you. In the meanwhile, I cautiously say that I am impressed with the changes so far.
