About six weeks ago I ordered your ebook and started doing the exercises straight away. It is all very clear and well illustrated.
Four years ago I had surgery on my bulging disc (l5-s1), yet I kept having pain, mostly radiating pain in my right leg, all the way down to my ankle.
I was on disability for the last 3 years. Last year I went back to work – half time. Till now this went reasonably well, but I have more often worked with than without pain. This sucked lots of energy out of me (pain causes my energy to leak away)
Then I somehow found your site. I thought, no harm trying. And I have been doing the exercises daily for the last 6 weeks and the pain in my legs is practically gone!
I am very thankfull for the exercise program that seems very effective. I only wish I had discovered it way earlier, it would have saved me lots of pain. If I can help others, I will sure tell them about your site.
