“the improvements were dramatic”
Here a short note after doing the back exercises for two weeks. The first week the improvements were dramatic. The first week's results made a day and night difference.
Next week I have an appointment with my neurologist, but the way things are going now I will cancel the surgery.
I still have some problems with my back, but I don't have pain any more. Standing still used to be a problem. But this is much better after the first week. I now ready do some running on the treadmill.
Most people near me are amazed by the improvement of my health.

My progress is excellent.
I started doing all your back exercises, but now I have gotten down to the key one that keeps me 90% well: the backward bend.
I had been doing a lot of forward bends, thinking in the past that it would stretch out everything. From your e-book I learned that the backward bend opens up and allows the disks to decompress. So when I get out of bed in the morning I immediately do a few backward bends, and a forward bend.
The result is that I am no longer wearing a lumbar support, and am able to easily do my carpentry work.
Last week I had to carry 8 - 80 pound bags of concrete, mix it with a hoe, and shovel it all into holes in the ground for footings

I have been suffering from lower back pain for the last few months. Not knowing how to lie down cause of the pain, I just kept turning and turning, it was terrible…
We already bought a different mattress, but that did not help. Then I found your book on the internet and I thought, if it does not help, it won’t harm either.
I have been doing the back exercises for a week now and the results are baffling me. Ik can also sleep without pains again.

“Saved from years of misery”
I have just returned from vacation at home in Canada. I took your advise to go to a chiropractor about my back pain and I was floored to find that what the doctors told me about my back in Taiwan was not what was wrong with me.
My chiropractor in Canada took many x-rays plus Thermography which shows nerve function, sEMG (Dysponesis) which shows abnormal muscle/nerve patterns and sEMG which shows patterns of muscle/nerve asymmetry. The result was old (20 years or more) herniated disks. My problem was fusing around the L5 disks and narrowing around T4.
While I was there I had treatments 3 times a week for 4 weeks. I was advised to take Glucosamine Sulphate for long-term benefits also. The result is that I can finally exercise and walk again. I will be looking into going to a pool to swim since it is too hot to walk outdoors in Taiwan in the summer.

I did show your back exercises to my doctor and he said they were very good for me to continue doing. Now I can do them much better and easier.
“Almost 100% healed”
This is long overdue.
I downloaded the book about a year ago. At the time I was being scheduled for an operation to fix two herniated disks.
I was in a lot of pain and my doctor had prescribed morphine. After doing the back exercises for about a month I had a lot of relief. I went back to work after about six months. I am now almost 100% healed.
Just had to say thanks.
“Without feeling any pain at all”
First of all, thank you so much for extending your helping hand to us. This is our fifth day doing religiously the exercises in your e-book. We are doing perfectly well and we can now move our body comfortably without feeling any pain at all.
I remember, for God has said, "I will never leave you: I will never abandon you". Let us be bold,then, and say, "The Lord is my helper,I will not be afraid. Yes, Robert, with the help of Our Lord Jesus Christ and your e-book, Now, I can proudly say that in God's time, we will leave our back pain permanently behind.

thanks for the back pain exercises - made all the difference to my life - totally wonderful - before was grim - at 69 i thought it was my last year of skiing - one leg wasting away in the calf,
unable to do much in the garden because back and leg ached for hours afterwards all that goes with feeling old - mri scan confirmed 3 damaged discs - brilliant surgeon said wait a bit and try chiropracter + exercises -
i found your book on internet - difficult at first but after 5 months a real improvement and after 9 just as good as new - almost.
thank you a thousand times - but you must do the exercises every day for half an hour.
“the pains were gone”
I had a 24H pain in my three herniated discs (proved with a magnetic ressonance examination).
I was thinking it would be better not to live with that.
After the exercises it was not a coincidence that the pains were gone!

“my back pain is lots less”
Most of the exercises I already did, except one!
I have to say that my back pain is lots less. So apparently it was that one exercise I did not do, but had to do that made the pain go.
I do this exercise when I get up, during sports, and just in our living room.
So, good results,

My back story…. Completely compressed disc L4 and L5 with lots of daily pain.
Your book predominately gave me a clear vision and belief that I can help myself. That my pain can vanish with my commitment and mind set on fixing the issue.
The excercise set was easy to follow. I set up my daily routine and never pushed my body beyond what it was capable of doing on any given day. I was determined to fix it and forget the pain.
I believe that my sucess story is based on both aspects of healing: your excercise routine, but more so, on my belief that I was able to fix myslef.
