I am very thankfull that I found you on the web.
After at least 30 years of back trouble thanks to a minor soliose and a herniated disc I am now almost totally pain free after having done all back exercises for just one month.
I can lift my own groceries out of the trunk again and every once in a while even walk on high heels again! I would like to shout it from the rooftops. Life is great again and I will certainly discuss this with my neurologist.

Prior to using your eliminate back pain exercises, I had lower back pain every day.
Using your investigation techniques, I found my pain was tissue related or muscle related. Doing your stretching exercises everyday has helped me reduce my back pain and regain better range of motion making each day better. Thanks to your program I can now play golf again and other activities I enjoy and I am 90 % pain free. I would highly recommend this program to any one with back pain.

“only 3 days… pain in my legs is gone”
I just wanted to thank you for your book. I have been a massage therapist for 12 years. I had never had low back pain, but I have had thoracic and cervical pain, which I could always take care of with massage or chiropractic or exercise. I am 37 years old and thought I was physicall fit. I would work out 4-5 times a week. Six weeks ago I had a bad cold and was coughing a lot.
I started having low back pain. Nothing I did would alleviate the pain. I eventually went to the doctor and she sent me for a ct scan. Three days ago I learned I have a bulging disc in my lumbar spine. The pain had started to go down into my legs. That night I went online and found your ebook.
It has only been 3 days but the pain in my legs is gone. The pain in my low back is still there, but I know that it will take time. The doctor wants me to have steroid injections in a month. I am hoping that with your exercises I will not have to have the injections.

“I now feel the best I have been in years”
I went to the doctor and the physio looking for answers, and also got orthotics for my shoes. Back in September 2008 I found that I was in severe pain with trouble walking - I had ruptured a disc (L3/L4) in my lower back. I was advised that I needed to take 6 weeks off work, mostly laying on my back. I searched the internet and found your book. I bought it and began following the advise - yes, even the cod liver oil. I took 6 weeks to recover, but during the recovery process I did the back exercises every morning. I now feel the best I have been in years. I continue to be very active and I do the exercises every morning (or at least 6 mornings a week).
I am a 45 year old who is active and fit. I enjoy riding my road bike and ride with friends on the weekend (usually a 60km ride on a Sunday morning). I had back troubles for years. I would find that I had back pain after a 1 hour drive, and I could not bend and touch my toes from a standing position (I couldn't reach past my knees with straight legs).
I now have no appreciable back pain in my life. I have referred some of my friends to the website and I am more than willing to refer others. I think it works!

I have been using some of the exercises for the past year with much success.
I was diagnosed with some degeneration in my upper back / neck (C3-C7)
which was causing some arm pain. Daily exercise and your advice has been very helpful. Thanks for the advice.

Yet I've got to tell you that using those exercises for the first time ... the pain was gone.

“it works on me!”
Actually, I am suffering from herniated disc for almost 2 years. And recently, my back pain is getting worst.
That I cannot get up in the morning the way I used to before. I ask my brother to purchase that book (Beating Back Pain) for me.
And I thank the Lord and you for this book. I am so amazed because on the next morning, after doing the said back exercises, it works on me!
Now, I can get up in the morning the way I used to, although there is still some pain, but I believe that I can beat this back pain as I go through my journey.

Only two weeks further, but I have never felt so good and strong in my own body. I am without complaints now; and that after 15 years of monthly visits to scores of experts. Why did none of these experts ever tell me what is in your book??
Your book has changed my life, it may sound excessive, but it is a fact.
I feel rich as a king with a body without back pain, but above all with the knowledge that I MYSELF got this far and can keep myself painfree.
I do not need people to pull or push my body. Thanks to your advice, explanation and research I now know how to stay ahead of troubles.
I feel this is here to stay and I really like that!!
