Able To Work Again After 6 Weeks Back Pain

It is now 8 weeks that I am working on your exercises and I am totally good again.

I first read the book and printed the exercises and did them everyday after breakfast. After the third day I felt improvement.

I am really happy because I was afraid that I would not be able to work again, I had a disc-herniation on S1 L5.  I was home for 6 weeks and am able to work ok again. I do my exercises EVERY DAY.

I would recommend anyone with back pain, to get this book and start right away, already a friend has bought it and she is very content with it as well.

I am very happy and thank you heartily. I picked up swimming and fitness again, but not yet running.

“no operation – playing squash again”

I slipped a disc in my lower back 3 years ago and was told that I needed a discectomy to put it right.

Because I had to wait for an appointment and I was in agony I scoured the internet for ways to help repair my back or at least get some relief in the meantime.
