I am afraid that I am not very computer literate and this is the first ebook I have download so sorry about the number of times I tried to download and hope I have only been charged for the one copy I got.
I got stuck straight into the exercises as I have had consistent back pain for 2 years. I got relief in 2 days and then lifted something heavy and spent the next week in agony again but I am back in the relief stage again and will try to be more sensible. It is wonderful to be out of pain! Hope it continues as it is early days yet.
Thanks for writing the book and I sure hope it continues to relieve my S5 L1 area back pain because physios, chiropractors, stretching and sensible weights have been useless.

I wanted to thank you so much for your book.
It has been over a week and i'm already seeing changes, less pain, able to stretch my leg more, haven't took any Motrin during the day...etc
I've been diagnosed with a herniated disk ( L5 S1), I've been taking Motrin every 4hrs and Vicodin every night before going to bed, so i can be able to sleep.
My doctor told me that there was no other choice but to have surgery, I thought it was a bad idea so that's when i decided to do some research and then i came upon your website and downloaded your book.
It's been great but I know it's going to be a long process...

I am 42, after a history of lots of sports with a few injuries. about three months ago I found myself stuck on the toilet with my back totally frozen and badly out.
After 2 months of a back that was totally locked I felt bad sciatic pains, and 3 days later had loss of leg movement - left Gastrocnemius and Soleus (calf muscles) (pointing to bulging disc L5 S1).
Started your exercises 5 days ago, day 1 40% improvement, after 5 days 80% improvement! Sciatic pains lots less as well. Your exercises helped tremendously.

Actually, I am suffering from herniated disc for almost 2 years. And recently, my back pain is getting worst.
That I cannot get up in the morning the way I used to before. I ask my brother to purchase that book (Beating Back Pain) for me.
And I thank the Lord and you for this book. I am so amazed because on the next morning, after doing the said back exercises, it works on me!
Now, I can get up in the morning the way I used to, although there is still some pain, but I believe that I can beat this back pain as I go through my journey.

thanks for the back pain exercises - made all the difference to my life - totally wonderful - before was grim - at 69 i thought it was my last year of skiing - one leg wasting away in the calf,
unable to do much in the garden because back and leg ached for hours afterwards all that goes with feeling old - mri scan confirmed 3 damaged discs - brilliant surgeon said wait a bit and try chiropracter + exercises -
i found your book on internet - difficult at first but after 5 months a real improvement and after 9 just as good as new - almost.
thank you a thousand times - but you must do the exercises every day for half an hour.

I just wanted to say that your exercises have helped me a lot with my problem with the lower back pain the lasts years.
After doing your back exercises for several weeks, I have almost no back pain. After that, I decreased the practice of the exercises the pain returned, so I continue performing it nearly every day.

I had spinal surgery 6 weeks ago on L5 for S1.
I have been using your back exercises exclusively for the past 3 1/2 weeks. I have noted muscle tone improvement and stretching improvement. An excellent companion during surgical recovery. The information is written in easy to understand language, well done. More useful information than my Doctors have prescribed. I am staying in New Zealand, though travel extensively and reside around the Pacific. I will check in again on your site soon.

I am very happy to announce that my herniated disc is totally healed!! I did what you showed me to do, I kept moving, did the herniated disc exercises, took some supplements and that did the trick.
I now work out three times a week again, I also picked up my old hobby of icehockeyskating again.
I also started working more as well. I have been stimulated very much by your book, it has activated me in taking an active approach to my herniated disc. It has all come right again, I really wanted you to know this. Kindest regards.
