I can't believe it!! Just one week after starting your exercises my back pain has gone.
It really is like a miracle. I had got to the stage that I was desperate, thinking that I would have to live with the pain for the rest of my life. Now I feel so different - I am even being nice to my husband!!

“NO PROBLEMS AT ALL - 80 pound bags of concrete”
My progress is excellent.
I started doing all your back exercises, but now I have gotten down to the key one that keeps me 90% well: the backward bend.
I had been doing a lot of forward bends, thinking in the past that it would stretch out everything. From your e-book I learned that the backward bend opens up and allows the disks to decompress. So when I get out of bed in the morning I immediately do a few backward bends, and a forward bend.
The result is that I am no longer wearing a lumbar support, and am able to easily do my carpentry work.
Last week I had to carry 8 - 80 pound bags of concrete, mix it with a hoe, and shovel it all into holes in the ground for footings
I HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

“feel great gains in my back”
i just made exercises nr8 to 15 and already feel less pain in my back i was diagnosed herniated disc 9mm burst and they wanted to operate right away bc i couldnt walk anymore but i said no
so far over 24 hours i can feel great gains in my back
i feel wonderful big improvment... will keep you posted on my improvment
“My miracle this year”
thanks for your book, its really my miracle this year. i have know back pain for more than four years now the pain killers couldnt even work. i have seeen many doctors am told its athritis i can always live with pain killers, now i was wating t go for MRI coz of the peristent problem. I believe you pray for me and this far, my back is healed. only a week and i can bend walk straight and sleep at night using the magic bullet its really it.
I almost all though some are very difficult for me, no 9 is very hard, no 14 and 15 its hard but i manage to do all.
My best is no 17, no 1 and no 6. in that order.
I will make sure i do them continously for five weeks and i will keep you updated.

I have just received a copy of your e-book and wish to say thanks, it looks great, simple and already by reading it, it is already making me feel good and that there is a significant chance I can take my own health into my own hands, quite a comforting thought I might add, as I cannot see that cutting, hammering, grinding and screwing by back together will be more pleasant. I am going to read this book page for page and trust me I will be back with some questions and answers soon.

“feel a lot better”
I bought your e-book and after 3 weeks of doing the exercises every day, feel a lot better - herniated disc between L4 and L5.
I find it helps (more comfortable) to put a cushion under the pelvis. Can raise the legs further than I could 3 weeks ago.

It has been over a week and i'm already seeing changes, less pain, able to stretch my leg more, haven't took any Motrin during the day...etc
I've been diagnosed with a herniated disk ( L5 S1), I've been taking Motrin every 4hrs and Vicodin every night before going to bed, so i can be able to sleep.
My doctor told me that there was no other choice but to have surgery, I thought it was a bad idea so that's when i decided to do some research and then i came upon your website and downloaded your book.
It's been great but I know it's going to be a long process...

“avoided doing any injections”
Yes, I have picked up the book. It is helping me, but I need to be more diligent with the exercises.
I instantly feel better after I do the back exercises.
So, I have avoided doing any injections to my lower back since I know that I can beat the back pain.

It is already a couple of months that I have been training my back muscles according to your insights.
I bought this program of yours and have greatly benefited from it. I feel 100% better.
My SI joint still 'hangs' every once in a while. I also made some adjustments in my diet. Hopefully if I train longer, my SI problems will go as well.
No PT has been able to ever tell me which exercises to do and in what order.
I have always felt that my back muscles where under developed, but never knew how to tackle this.
