I have to say that my back pain is lots less. So apparently it was that one exercise I did not do, but had to do that made the pain go.
I do this exercise when I get up, during sports, and just in our living room.

“herniated disc is totally healed!!”
I am very happy to announce that my herniated disc is totally healed!! I did what you showed me to do, I kept moving, did the herniated disc exercises, took some supplements and that did the trick.
I now work out three times a week again, I also picked up my old hobby of icehockeyskating again.

First of all, thanks, I have been doing the back exercises now for 7 weeks and I have to admit that I am doing much better now.
Some mornings I get up with a bit of stiffness, but that goes within minutes now.
My back went out once or twice but after a few exercises I am allright again, the fear of my back popping out so easily is gone as well and I can do everything again.
My problem was that my back popped out more and more often (with ever shorter trouble free times in between) which felt really bad and it caused my posture to deteriorate which gave me more pain elsewhere - hips.
I realise now that if I take action myself, my back pains go and I do not need any drugs to soften my pain.

I just wanted to thank you for your book. I have been a massage therapist for 12 years. I had never had low back pain, but I have had thoracic and cervical pain, which I could always take care of with massage or chiropractic or exercise. I am 37 years old and thought I was physicall fit. I would work out 4-5 times a week. Six weeks ago I had a bad cold and was coughing a lot.
I started having low back pain. Nothing I did would alleviate the pain. I eventually went to the doctor and she sent me for a ct scan. Three days ago I learned I have a bulging disc in my lumbar spine. The pain had started to go down into my legs. That night I went online and found your ebook.
It has only been 3 days but the pain in my legs is gone. The pain in my low back is still there, but I know that it will take time. The doctor wants me to have steroid injections in a month. I am hoping that with your exercises I will not have to have the injections.

I have been using some of the exercises for the past year with much success.
I was diagnosed with some degeneration in my upper back / neck (C3-C7)
which was causing some arm pain. Daily exercise and your advice has been very helpful. Thanks for the advice.

As promised I would tell you if the back exercises had any effect. They did. Within a few days the pain was gone.
I also noticed that for a while already I had developed a stooped posture - bent over a bit.
My lower back is far more flexible again which I can really feel while doing sports.
As soon as I find that I am falling back into the old - wrong - posture I find myself correcting that.
It probably sounds funny but the first exercise has given me fastest results. Once again the hamstrings...

“play golf again”
Prior to using your eliminate back pain exercises, I had lower back pain every day.
Using your investigation techniques, I found my pain was tissue related or muscle related. Doing your stretching exercises everyday has helped me reduce my back pain and regain better range of motion making each day better. Thanks to your program I can now play golf again and other activities I enjoy and I am 90 % pain free. I would highly recommend this program to any one with back pain.

I had a 24H pain in my three herniated discs (proved with a magnetic ressonance examination).
I was thinking it would be better not to live with that.
After the exercises it was not a coincidence that the pains were gone!

“no operation – playing squash again”
I slipped a disc in my lower back 3 years ago and was told that I needed a discectomy to put it right.
Because I had to wait for an appointment and I was in agony I scoured the internet for ways to help repair my back or at least get some relief in the meantime.
I came accross the "Back Pain: Good-BYE" exercise program and was relieved to find something so easy to read that explained everything with practical and sensible ways of easing my considerable pain….
….could feel the results immediately.
After a month I decided not to have the operation and after 18 months of exercising every day, my back was strong enough to start playing squash again.
It now feels better than ever and instead of having twinges all over my body from squash, I do the exercises before I play and have had no injuries or even twinges since I went back to playing over a year ago.
