Lower Back Far More Flexible

“Within a few days the pain was gone”

As promised I would tell you if the back exercises had any effect. They did. Within a few days the pain was gone.

I also noticed that for a while already I had developed a stooped posture - bent over a bit.

My lower back is far more flexible again which I can really feel while doing sports.

As soon as I find that I am falling back into the old - wrong - posture I find myself correcting that.

It probably sounds funny but the first exercise has given me fastest results. Once again the hamstrings...

I will definitely promote your site with fellow-sufferers.
