“I now feel the best I have been in years”
I went to the doctor and the physio looking for answers, and also got orthotics for my shoes. Back in September 2008 I found that I was in severe pain with trouble walking - I had ruptured a disc (L3/L4) in my lower back. I was advised that I needed to take 6 weeks off work, mostly laying on my back. I searched the internet and found your book. I bought it and began following the advise - yes, even the cod liver oil. I took 6 weeks to recover, but during the recovery process I did the back exercises every morning. I now feel the best I have been in years. I continue to be very active and I do the exercises every morning (or at least 6 mornings a week).
I am a 45 year old who is active and fit. I enjoy riding my road bike and ride with friends on the weekend (usually a 60km ride on a Sunday morning). I had back troubles for years. I would find that I had back pain after a 1 hour drive, and I could not bend and touch my toes from a standing position (I couldn't reach past my knees with straight legs).
I now have no appreciable back pain in my life. I have referred some of my friends to the website and I am more than willing to refer others. I think it works!

“Pleased With Results”
I have now done the back exercises for 6 weeks and am very pleased with the results.
My back pain is gone. The pain even decreased after I had done the exercises for the first time.
I used to get up with a bit of stiffness in my lower back, but that is now completely gone as well. The exercises that gave me immediate relief were the numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8. Those I found tremendously relaxing.
Anyways, my back pain is gone.

“Brillante source of information”
Just wanted to say that your book has been a brillante source of information and healing for my partner who has had problems with lower back pain for the last few years.
At 26 there was not way he would have surgery and taking anti-inflammatory medication constantly was out of the questions.
After doing your exercises for 7 weeks every day and slightly changing his eating and drinking habits he has almost no back pain and what he does get is really just a bit of stiffness in the mornings. He is now doing the exercises 3 days a week to maintain the muscle and supplenessin his back.
I can't thank you enough.
“Almost 100% healed”
This is long overdue.
I downloaded the book about a year ago. At the time I was being scheduled for an operation to fix two herniated disks.
I was in a lot of pain and my doctor had prescribed morphine. After doing the back exercises for about a month I had a lot of relief. I went back to work after about six months. I am now almost 100% healed.

Your book has changed my life, it may sound excessive, but it is a fact.
I feel rich as a king with a body without back pain, but above all with the knowledge that I MYSELF got this far and can keep myself painfree.
I do not need people to pull or push my body. Thanks to your advice, explanation and research I now know how to stay ahead of troubles.

“feel great gains in my back”
i just made exercises nr8 to 15 and already feel less pain in my back i was diagnosed herniated disc 9mm burst and they wanted to operate right away bc i couldnt walk anymore but i said no
so far over 24 hours i can feel great gains in my back
i feel wonderful big improvment... will keep you posted on my improvment

I have been doing the back exercises for 2 weeks now and only feel my back improving. I have been on sick leave for the last three months and hope to get back to work next week (desk work)
I do fear the drive there, cause I drive 200 km daily :-(.
