I had a 24H pain in my three herniated discs (proved with a magnetic ressonance examination).
I was thinking it would be better not to live with that.
After the exercises it was not a coincidence that the pains were gone!

“Wonderful to be out of pain!”
I am afraid that I am not very computer literate and this is the first ebook I have download so sorry about the number of times I tried to download and hope I have only been charged for the one copy I got.
I got stuck straight into the exercises as I have had consistent back pain for 2 years. I got relief in 2 days and then lifted something heavy and spent the next week in agony again but I am back in the relief stage again and will try to be more sensible. It is wonderful to be out of pain! Hope it continues as it is early days yet.
Thanks for writing the book and I sure hope it continues to relieve my S5 L1 area back pain because physios, chiropractors, stretching and sensible weights have been useless.
“it works on me!”
Actually, I am suffering from herniated disc for almost 2 years. And recently, my back pain is getting worst.
That I cannot get up in the morning the way I used to before. I ask my brother to purchase that book (Beating Back Pain) for me.
And I thank the Lord and you for this book. I am so amazed because on the next morning, after doing the said back exercises, it works on me!
Now, I can get up in the morning the way I used to, although there is still some pain, but I believe that I can beat this back pain as I go through my journey.

My back story…. Completely compressed disc L4 and L5 with lots of daily pain.
Your book predominately gave me a clear vision and belief that I can help myself. That my pain can vanish with my commitment and mind set on fixing the issue.
The excercise set was easy to follow. I set up my daily routine and never pushed my body beyond what it was capable of doing on any given day. I was determined to fix it and forget the pain.
I believe that my sucess story is based on both aspects of healing: your excercise routine, but more so, on my belief that I was able to fix myslef.
So, thank you for paving the path for me.

I just wanted to thank you for your book. I have been a massage therapist for 12 years. I had never had low back pain, but I have had thoracic and cervical pain, which I could always take care of with massage or chiropractic or exercise. I am 37 years old and thought I was physicall fit. I would work out 4-5 times a week. Six weeks ago I had a bad cold and was coughing a lot.
I started having low back pain. Nothing I did would alleviate the pain. I eventually went to the doctor and she sent me for a ct scan. Three days ago I learned I have a bulging disc in my lumbar spine. The pain had started to go down into my legs. That night I went online and found your ebook.
It has only been 3 days but the pain in my legs is gone. The pain in my low back is still there, but I know that it will take time. The doctor wants me to have steroid injections in a month. I am hoping that with your exercises I will not have to have the injections.
You probably won’t remember me but one and a half year ago I was in Colombia with terrible back pains and a diagnosis that would make one cry. I then ordered your book and dowloaded it on a pc there.
It really helped me fantastically, I got back only 4 months ago after having seen the whole of south america.

Only two weeks further, but I have never felt so good and strong in my own body. I am without complaints now; and that after 15 years of monthly visits to scores of experts. Why did none of these experts ever tell me what is in your book??
Your book has changed my life, it may sound excessive, but it is a fact.
I feel rich as a king with a body without back pain, but above all with the knowledge that I MYSELF got this far and can keep myself painfree.
I do not need people to pull or push my body. Thanks to your advice, explanation and research I now know how to stay ahead of troubles.

I just thought I have never let you know about the results that came from doing the advised exercises.
My girl friend, who was scheduled for herniated disc surgery, if her symptoms would not improve, got great results from doing all back exercises even to the extent that surgery now is no longer necessary, she is healed fully after half a year!!!
She does keep doing the exercises and feels this is necessary to strenghten her back.
Would like to thank you that we were able to get this result thanks to you, and that for less than the cost of one visit to her physio!!!!

Yes, I have picked up the book. It is helping me, but I need to be more diligent with the exercises.
I instantly feel better after I do the back exercises.
So, I have avoided doing any injections to my lower back since I know that I can beat the back pain.

Your book did what a chiropractor couldn't do, found immediate relief for my back pain.
I would suggest that you stress the importance of continuing the exercises after the back pain is gone.
I believe that the pain could be totally illiminated if this exercise was made part of your daily routine.
I been rowing in regattas for the past 20 yrs but had toquit this year because of back problems and already I feel like I can jump back into the boat.
