My Terrible Back Pains Are Gone

My Back Would Pop Out Again And Again

“glad I no longer have these terrible “pains” in my body”

It is now almost 2 months ago that I downloaded your information on back pain. Ever since 2007 I have been suffering from recurring back pains, my back would pop out again and again, exactly like you mention that on your site, sometimes every second week.

Around christmas things got really bad. On christmas day we had our whole family over for christmas dinner. This year I did not get much pleasure out of it. I could hardly walk or move, let alone sit and get up again. I somehow made it through the day alternating walking and sitting on a wooden stool and all of our family went home with wellfilled stomachs and quite content.

I was really fed up with it. Visiting our GP was out of the question cause he was on holidays. So I decided to go on the web and find out what caused my troubles. Terrible pains in my lower back, radiating to my right buttock, -groin and –leg. After some surfing I landed on your site and I recognised many things. After reading everything I started understanding more about my back. I do sedentary work and never realised that this could cause such bad problems for my back.

I decided to try the back exercises and ordered your digital book and thought that if it would not work I would find out soon enough. If it would not help and my complaints would not decrease, than something else must be the matter and I would visit my GP.

I have done the exercises for 6 weeks daily and after that about 4 times per week. Within one week after commencing I felt considerable improvement. At this moment my back pain is gone and I can clearly feel that everything is more supple now. It also does not feel like my back is ‘on edge’ anymore. Every once in a while it seems to get a bit stiff again and I get this nagging feeling running through my buttock and leg. But it also quickly goes again when I do the exercises. On top of this it works well for my shoulder and other back complaints. I am working 4 days a week – lots of computerwork, so I also suffered from shoulder and neck pain and resulting headaches. When I exercise regularly, I also hardly suffer from this anymore either.
It is all very pleasant, I feel much more fit and am glad I no longer have these terrible “pains” in my body.

I can really recommend this book for people with similar complaints. If your complaints do not go away it is important to have further examinations, but I am convinced these exercises are good for everyone, even for people who are not suffering (yet) from back aches.

Kind regards

“hope of avoiding surgery”

I have been suffering from painful sciatica for three months. Five weeks ago, after a long car journey, it became much worse. I was put on 4 different strong painkillers and diazepam, but was still in so much agony my doctor nearly admitted me to hospital as an emergency.

Fortunately the pain killers started to work. Two weeks ago my neurosurgeon referred me for an MRI scan.

As I've worked at the hospital for 16 years in intensive care, the neuroradiologist phoned me at home to say I have a big disc prolapse at L4 L5.

I rang my physio, who I have had 10 appointments with over the last three months, who said she did not want to treat me until I've seen my neurosurgeon again, incase it makes it worse.

She advised me to have surgery. I felt very let down and that surgery would be my only choice.

Four days after my scan I started with a gastro intestinal bleed which was probably caused by the voltarol (anti-inflammatory) drug which I had been taking for three months. I had to stop taking it and ended up increasing the codeine I was taking.

In the early hours of the morning to take my mind off the pain I started to surf the net.

Your website appealed to me as it promised I would not need surgery. As a nurse, I am all too aware of the dangers. I have now been doing your exercises for 10 days and feel they are definitely making a difference.

I leave out the first and last, as advised. I cannot do exercise 18 a I can't sit cross legged. I also find exercise 6 difficult to understand and consequently do. The rest I am able to do nearly all the repetitions.

You have given me the confidence to move my back in ways I would have been too afraid to do before. I have now come off 3 of the 4 painkillers with your help and the help of a TENS machine.

I am recommending your book to fellow back pain sufferers. Your book has given me hope of avoiding surgery.

Thank you

“Saved from years of misery”

I have just returned from vacation at home in Canada. I took your advise to go to a chiropractor about my back pain and I was floored to find that what the doctors told me about my back in Taiwan was not what was wrong with me.

My chiropractor in Canada took many x-rays plus Thermography which shows nerve function, sEMG (Dysponesis) which shows abnormal muscle/nerve patterns and sEMG which shows patterns of muscle/nerve asymmetry.  The result was old (20 years or more) herniated disks.  My problem was fusing around the L5 disks and narrowing around T4.

While I was there I had treatments 3 times a week for 4 weeks.  I was advised to take Glucosamine Sulphate for long-term benefits also.  The result is that I can finally exercise and walk again.  I will be looking into going to a pool to swim since it is too hot to walk outdoors in Taiwan in the summer.

Thank you for the great advise. You have saved me from years of misery.
I did show your back exercises to my doctor and he said they were very good for me to continue doing.  Now I can do them much better and easier.

Thanks again,
