I'm glad you contacted me, since this gives me the opportunity to express my thanks to you. Months back I was searching the web for information regarding back surgery as I felt that was my only option left.

When I saw your ad, I literally purchased it on a whim, thinking I had little to lose. Turns out I had a lot to lose- my back pain!  

It's been 6-7 months that I've been doing the back  exercises and I've only had one mild set-back during that time.  

I consider that a HUGE improvement from what I was experiencing before.  

Hardly a day goes by that I don't think about my back and smile because it feels good!  I truly hope that this feeling lasts, and with this exercise program I believe I have much more control over it.

I have been doing the back exercises for 2 weeks now and only feel my back improving. I have been on sick leave for the last three months and hope to get back to work next week (desk work)

I do fear the drive there, cause I drive 200 km daily :-(.
