Safe Lifting Techniques To Avoid Back Pain?

I have to lift a lot during my day and am quite prone to back pain and every once in a while sciatica as well. I used the Guard Your Posture Guide to improve my posture during all the lifting that I do and must say this has made tons of difference to my back.

I hardly ever strain my back anymore. I take a couple of minutes every morning before work picturing in my mind the exact posture and safe lifting techniques that I will be using that day and whenever I get tired and feel I am losing form, I just stop and take a one minute break to refocus on what works best for my back. Amazing I managed to improve my working posture just by using the mental technique of your guide. Talk about posture improvement on steroids.

Kudos to you! It is not the guide that makes the difference, but the work you put into iternalizing it and applying it.
