Just wanted to say that your book has been a brillante source of information and healing for my partner who has had problems with lower back pain for the last few years. At 26 there was not way he would have surgery and taking anti-inflammatory medication constantly was out of the questions.

After doing your exercises for 7 weeks every day and slightly changing his eating and drinking habits he has almost no back pain and what he does get is really just a bit of stiffness in the mornings. He is now doing the exercises 3 days a week to maintain the muscle and supplenessin his back.

I can't thank you enough.
