3 Weeks Back Exercises Almost Totally Without Pain

I am now almost totally without pain

“too good to be true, but this time it was true”

I would like to tell you my story. In the beginning of this year I hurt my back while lfiting something and a few weeks later my right leg slipped out from underneath me…
I heard this loud snap in my back and quite a stab in my lower back with immediate pains in my right buttock, thigh, back of my knee, calf ankle and foot. In the beginning you think “it will pass again.”

After a period of paracetamol, ibuprofen, etc, etc, I did go see my GP. He said it could be sciatica and sent me on to the physio/manual therapist. I have a real good one and with the necessary exercises and cracking of my body things slowly went forward.

Then I had a big relapse, I could not sit anymore, pain was unbearable. Back to my GP, I wanted a scan and MRI and did get those. Sure enough herniated disc L5/S1, “now what” back to the physio and taking diclofinac.

This helped, but I got an allergic reaction to the diclofinac (itchy bumps and rash) so now only paracetamol (500mg 4 x 2 per day)

I was quite suspicious to buy a book through the internet with all these fantastic stories about healing herniated discs etc.

Often if it is too good to be true, but this time it was true.

I have been doing the exercises twice a day for the last 3 weeks. I am now almost totally without pain and if I feel a cramp of pain coming I do the first exercies and feel the pain go away. I also go to my manual therapist once a month, he is very pleased with the results as well (me too!) I will keep doing the exercises.

Kind regards.

“the improvements were dramatic”

Here a short note after doing the back exercises for two weeks. The first week the improvements were dramatic. The first week's results made a day and night difference.

Next week I have an appointment with my neurologist, but the way things are going now I will cancel the surgery.

I still have some problems with my back, but I don't have pain any more. Standing still used to be a problem. But this is much better after the first week. I now ready do some running on the treadmill.

Most people near me are amazed by the improvement of my health.

Thanks!

“Almost immediately my pain was gone”

I had doubts about your whether or not your information could help my condition. I've been agonizing over my lower back pain for at least 3-4 weeks now and during that time, I was getting desperate, because my back pain graduated from my lower back and made its way around my hips too.

I recently purchased some backpain relief herbal pills and those helped with the inflammation, but they are definitely not the cure all.

Masking the pain was not what I wanted to achieve either.  I wanted to get rid of back pain forever.

About 2 days ago, I started the back exercises you recommended and did all sets in the sequence they were listed.  Almost immediately my pain was gone.  I was in amazement, but still a little questionable about sustaining this for the long term.

So now on Day 2, I continued with the exercises and today I'm quite sore. But this kind of soreness is good as I now believe that my muscles have been worked out and are building itself up.

I'm going to see how it goes by next week and will report the results back to you.  In the meanwhile, I cautiously say that I am impressed with the changes so far.

Thanks.
